Get Fill Up LLC provides mobile gasoline and diesel fuel delivery services to commercial fleets, construction sites, and personal vehicles in Rockville, MD and surrounding areas in Montgomery County, Maryland. Our services include but are not limited to fleet fueling, job site fuel delivery, and residential or workplace personal vehicle fueling.

Service availability, scheduling windows, and delivery minimums are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any service request that we determine cannot be fulfilled safely or is outside our operating area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to request our services or use this website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Service Requests and Scheduling

• All service requests are subject to confirmation by Get Fill Up LLC. Submitting a quote request or contact form does not guarantee a scheduled delivery.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request, including your delivery address, vehicle type, and fuel requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, safe, and legally permitted for fuel delivery at the time of service.
• Get Fill Up LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any delivery due to weather, safety concerns, equipment availability, or other factors outside our control.

4. Fuel Delivery Safety Requirements

For the safety of our technicians and your property, you agree to the following conditions for all deliveries:

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is parked in a flat, stable, and accessible location
• Confirm the correct fuel type for your vehicle before scheduling — Get Fill Up LLC is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect fuel type information provided by the customer
• Do not smoke or operate open flames near the delivery area during service
• Ensure there are no fuel leaks or visible damage to the vehicle's fuel system prior to delivery
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding fuel storage and use

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing for fuel delivery services is provided upon request and may vary based on fuel type, volume, delivery location, and market conditions.
• All pricing is subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in wholesale fuel costs.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service confirmation. Commercial accounts may be subject to separate pricing agreements.
• Get Fill Up LLC reserves the right to charge a service or delivery fee in addition to the cost of fuel.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed delivery, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (703) 399-9335 or emailing info@getfillup.com. Late cancellations or failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Fill Up LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services or website, including but not limited to vehicle damage from incorrect fuel type (when caused by inaccurate customer-provided information), loss of business, or delays in delivery.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Fill Up LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on getfillup.com, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Get Fill Up LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
